The Joint Long-Range Planning Committee was established in 2000 to combine the long range planning functions of the Llano County Municipal Utility District #1 and the Blue Lake Property Owners Association.

Blue Lake POA Long Range Planning Committee

The Blue Lake Property Owners Association Long-Range Planning Committee was established to conduct a feasibility study and to develop long range plans to be approved by the POA's Governing Body for the maintenance and improvement of the general appearance of the community through carefully considered plans to either repair, replace, add to or improve the fixed asset structures owned by the POA.
